Old Style Cakes' desserts & pastries have been enjoyed by discriminating people for nearly 50 years. Our products are served with pride by select restaurants, country clubs, coffee bars and gourmet food shops across the country.

We operate distribution centers in strategic locations to enable us to direct-ship all our desserts & pastries. All products are certified or .

Shipping

Orders for less than 72 (may be assorted) products are generally shipped from our distribution centers via FedEx ground. FedEx shipments are sent frozen, kept cold with dry ice. Optionally, we offer Next Day, 2nd Day, and Saturday delivery.

Larger orders are shipped directly from our bakeries via freezer-truck.

Products are shipped uncut. 10" cakes shipped directly from our bakeries, may be ordered sliced (16) at no additional cost.

Product Storage

All our products, may be kept frozen up to one year at 0° F (six months at +20° F), and may be thawed and re-frozen.

Cakes may be refrigerated for 8-10 days, depending on the product.

Frozen desserts & pastries require approximately 4 hours to thaw at room temperature. Products may be thawed overnight in a refrigerator; then removed and let stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Warranty, Terms and Conditions

Old Style Cakes makes no representation as to merchantability of its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the products. We assume no liability for consequential damages.

Our Desserts & Pastries are hand finished; consequently, delivered product may differ from catalog or Internet illustrations. We are not bound by typographical errors.

Credit card purchases are accepted as though they were cash purchases. Buyer waives the right to seek refunds through the credit card processor, except for non-delivery. Buyer accepts Palm Beach County, Florida, as the venue for legal redress.

Return Policy

Due to food safety considerations, products are not returnable for any reason. Discrepant or damaged goods will either be replaced or refunded at our sole option.
